Kathleen Neeley is an artist specializing in relief printmaking and illustration. Her highly detailed process involves the intricate carving of a linoleum block, resulting in a reversed mirror image. The final print is created by stamping the relief in oil-based ink and transferring it onto handmade Japanese paper, inspired by an ancient technique. She received a B.F.A. and M.A. from the University of Oklahoma, and lives in Tulsa.
